Honestly they work magic, just got my dog toaster who is TERRIFIED of water finally bathed and brushed. They were so sweet to take him in and be able to work with his high anxiety. At the end he came out happy which shocked me. If you’re looking for nice groomers but overall great people this is the place. Pricing wasn’t too bad and didn’t break my bank. 10/10 would recommend for any dog who is scared or has anxiety. Plus the staff is so sweet and so understanding. - Rae

I can't say enough amazing things about all of the staff, especially Jessie! We took our 5 month old Goldendoodle puppy for his first groom, and she is a miracle worker. He was one big ball of energy and 90% hair, I was just really hoping she would be able to at least do a little trim, due to his puppy energy and urge to use everything in sight as a chew toy. I don't know how she was able to get it all done. He looks like a totally different dog (in a great way), and he came back happy. We could not be more pleased! Jessie, you are AMAZING. - Shelly

I am glad I found Christian. She knows my dog from a previous place so she has groomed him for a long time. I hope people appreciate what she does because there are a lot of groomers who don't. Very courteous staff also. - Penny

They took amazing care of our dog Vivi. She is in great shape. She got her nails done and had them trimmed and smelled amazing after the visit! So appreciative! Vivi seemed to enjoy her time there and it felt like a very luxurious spa feel! Will definitely be coming back to shaggy dog in the future! - Samantha
